We are a mission-driven coffee company with the aim of improving the lives of coffee farmers by sourcing from small farms and specific regions known for their vibrant flavors and high-quality beans. We focus on ethical and sustainable farming practices and are dedicated to fostering a coffee community built on passion, quality and sustainable practices.

Our Coffee

We specialize exclusively in shade-grown varieties. The majority of our beans come directly from the lush, fertile highland regions of Nicaragua, where they’re cultivated under the protective canopy of shade trees. Shade-grown coffee isn’t just good for the environment; it’s good for the beans too. This traditional farming method allows the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing a complex and nuanced flavor profile you won’t find anywhere else, but also promotes biodiversity and sustainable farming practices. The high altitude, volcanic soil, and shade from the canopy of trees produce low acidity coffee with a sweet, mild and chocolaty nuance. We will be offering single-origin coffee from other shade-growing regions around the globe as our company continues to grow.
